As a Club, we pride ourselves in building a network of partnerships within our local health & wellness community that help ensure our athletes receive the utmost quality care, recovery support, and the appropriate level of education they need to perform at their best—both on and off the pitch. We strive to provide access to preventive care, injury treatment, nutrition guidance, and mental health resources that many players wouldn’t otherwise afford. These partnerships strengthen our mission to keep soccer accessible, safe, and sustainable for every athlete representing West Seattle.

Lake Washington Physical Therapy provides expert, personalized care to help our players recover from injuries, manage pain, and improve their mobility.

Deeds Health provides preventive medicine and metabolic health assessments for our athletes.
These are key factors to their performance, recovery, and well being.

Empower Sports Massage supports each players modalities include deep tissue, myofascial release, assisted stretching / muscle activation, injury rehabilitation, and pre-/post-event recovery.

Revitalize Spa supports our players with therapeutic and holistic treatments such as vibrational plate, PEMF mat, and infrared sauna treatments.
